I've lived here for almost 9 years total and it's ok for me but some issues could be handled better. They need a good maintenance man to get done what has to be done. As for myself I'm glad I at least have somewhere I can afford to live. I try to get along with everybody here.

I live here, and I love it, except for some adult bullies. I adore my apartment, but some of the tenants here are not very kind people!

For what the business is, I would say it's mostly ok. There are certain tenants I would personally get rid of, they arent doing you any favors as far as renting available units. So some improvement is needed and it wouldnt hurt to update the inside of the units.
