“Oct 4th 2023, needed a new tire for my trailer, while traveling to Florida from Vermont, got of the interstate and stopped at the a Firestone shop. They referred me to McCarthy Tire Service. What a stroke of luck that was. I call them at 4pm ask if they had what I needed, they said yes, however, we close at 5. I pulled in the lot and 14 min later I had settled up and was ready to continue my trip. The guys all worked as a team, very polite and professional. I could not have been happier. “I have zero complaints about the people who helped us and their kindness. The only complaints I have are they gave us a key that doesn't work at all, even with a new battery, and within an hour after driving it home we saw the low pressure indicator light up. Tire pressure was SUPER low. Overall it was a good experience but the things we're noticing now after just two days are starting to sour it.”

“Oh boy, buying a car in the post-COVID world is trying. I was 100% looking for a Golf R. No chance finding one. I decided to look at WRX's. Super hard to find too. I found one at Fairway. I emailed them overnight and then started looking for a GTO. Emily responded early the next day. We spoke about the car, my trade. I felt like we were well on our way to a deal even though she told me, another customer was already set to come take a look at the car. To be honest, I thought it was just a sales tactic. I was wrong, zero games were played. She kept me apprised of the situation. Unfortunately she told me the car was sold. A day later, I found one at a different dealership that just came in. But Emily was great. She said that she would email a list of the next round of WRXs coming. I felt bad replying to her email saying sorry. Great salesperson!!! Great dealership. Maybe if Subaru does an STI, I'll give her a call.”

“My family and I were driving home to Michigan when we hit a piece of debris that flattened two of our tires at once. It was a Saturday afternoon. We contacted this shop and Kyle and the rest of the staff took great care of us and our car. They happened to have two of the tires that we needed, and despite the tow truck dropping us off with less than an hour before close, they got our car all set and even stayed a little late to do so. Our German Shepherd was traveling with us, and they let us bring her into the waiting area without any issue. We’re very thankful to Kyle, Christopher and the rest of the team for taking such great care of us!”
