Jim was patient as I worked my way up from Philly and made the entire buying process straightforward. Gary applied zero pressure while we discussed financing/warranties, and I greatly appreciated not having to deal with the typical car dealership runaround. From walking in the door to driving off the lot it only took 45 minutes or so to close the deal, everyone here was incredibly friendly and professional which made it easy to get things done. “I'm writing this while sitting in the waiting room. Traveling from NC to NY via 81, my oil light came on. Thankfully these guys were within 20 miles of the light coming on. I took a chance and stopped by. I decided to to an oil change because it's due within 800 miles. My car was put into the shop in less then 10 minutes. Now I wait for it to finish. Gotta love Subaru service departments, they're always willing to do what they can to help in any situation I've encountered. Almost 600 miles from home, and still receiving great service!!!”

“I usually don't have anything positive to say about Walmart. That being said, I have nothing but praise for the tire center in Halethorpe. Well mostly praise. I bought a full set of tires about 3 months ago the price wasn't bad. I was very happy with most of the service. I asked the to put the donut back in the proper place because I'm handicapped and have a hard time doing so. They didn't do it. But I worked it out myself. Anyway about a week after my purchase I hit a curb and busted one of my new tires. I had the insurance but I knew it wouldn't be covered because of the location of the the damage on the tire. Well the manager over rode the decision and the they ended up replacing my tire for $8.99. The girl genuinely felt bad for me. I wish I could remember her named. What a seller employee she really went the extra mile!!!!”
