Everyone I knew said that it didn't make sense. These guys at laurel ford had my car but a few minutes and were able to diagnose the problem. “The “funny” thing is I ended up going to Luciano’s because State Farm didn’t list my Mazda dealer (where I bought the car) as an approved repair shop. Ended up Luciano’s quote was less than the dealer, and there work and service was EXCELLENT. Everybody I dealt with was professional and pleasant. They were honest with the scheduling and the length of time my repair would take. For what it’s worth my Mazda has a special Snowflake White Pearl Mica paint. I was a little Leary of anybody other than the dealer matching it. NO PROBLEM! Luciano’s matched it perfectly and all their work was impeccable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Oh, and all my damage was to the rear bumper. When I picked up my car they had washed my entire car, including removing all my bug guts and tar from my front cowl!”
