“I have banked with many banks in multiple states and I have to say this is by far one of my favorites. Staff is always friendly, helpful and have great people to help with financial advice.My only request would be more accommodating hours. 5pm would be so much better than 4pm”

Each employee including the loan dept(John & Patti were amazing ?) are all are so very friendly & go the extra mile without hesitation...(example) 9/5/24 I lost my debit card & I was very worried because I have automatic deductions I don't want to get returned fees possible bad marks due to a payment not going through. They assured me all will be okay & instead of waiting the typical period for a new card to be mailed & a fee for replacement they waived I'm getting my new card tomorrow I still can't believe it TOMORROW... They made it easy to set up my accounts, they helped me migrate from one business to the next, and especially helped us during Covid with the filing of paperwork to secure PPP and Restaurant revitalization funds. Every staff member over there is beyond friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel like you're important and I greatly appreciate it.”
