“Superb!There are numerous reviews on here speaking of poor customer service at this location. UNFOUNDED. I went in this afternoon to pick up an online order, I was prepared for what I had read. I was politely greeted as I entered the door, despite being on a mission to simply pick up. The salesperson Caterina made me feel at home quickly as she searched for my item. I continued to spend an hour in the store considering all of my options for necklaces and bracelets, which was not my plan. If you want excellent customer service and to feel like a VIP in a gorgeous jewelry store, David Yurman in King of Prussia is your place.”

“As always, an amazing experience at Zales, King of Prussia. I purchased the diamond for my custom ring at this store in 2013. Since the diamond had a warranty, I have always gone for my cleaning and inspection. I recently took my ring for repair after finding a broken prong in the main setting. Erin took care of me when I arrived, and I left my ring for repair with an expected completion date of 2/14/2024. I received a call on February 1st that the ring was finished. I picked up the ring today and it was stunning. In closing, the ring repair was finished ahead of schedule and because of the warranty there was no charge. Erin and Amir get 5 stars for their excellent customer service. I would recommend Zales (KOP) to anyone looking for quality merchandise and excellent customer service skills.”

“The only word that could be used to describe my experience with this Cartier location would be perfect. I came to the store in July looking to look to a wallet I saw online which wasn't in the store at the time. Mandy graciously took my number for it to be shipped to the store and kept me frequently updated on its arrival. When I came to the store to look at the wallet, by that time I had already bought another one, but I ended up buying a card holder. The second visit to the store was truly luxurious; I was given soda, chocolate and had an excellent chat with Mandy and sales associate Jasmine who wrapped my purchase. Even got me a jewelers loop to inspect the rings with no questions asked. Not every jeweler will do this. They take it as an insult. After we got to talking she is a local in my families town. Unfortunately I’m out of fingers for rings. If I ever want an upgrade I will definitely be back. Thank you again Miss Haley. Excellent service from beginning to end.”
