“We had such a great experience working with David Haas at the Blue Nile in King of Prussia Mall. Out of all the jewelry stores we visited while looking at engagement rings, this was by far the best experience.
David was super knowledgeable and did an amazing job teaching us about diamonds, especially things like cut and clarity and what actually matters when choosing a ring. I learned so much, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and not overwhelming at all.
He also made the whole process really fun and comfortable. He took the time to get to know me and my boyfriend, asked about our relationship, and really listened to what I was looking for. He took notes and helped guide me toward styles I ended up loving, which I really appreciated.
You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right ring instead of just making a sale. I would definitely recommend this store and especially David to anyone starting their engagement ring search!”

“I visited this Helzberg location for my bi-annual ring cleaning and inspection. I had recently lost my engagement ring and wedding band (Luckily we found my engagement ring!), but since we are approaching our 5-year wedding anniversary and my jewelry taste has drastically changed, we decided to at least have a conversation about what replacing my set would look like. Andrea was extremely low-pressure and kind as she showed me the items I was interested in and walked me through my options. Lydia assisted and took over to show us the diamond we chose to build my ring as well as walk me through purchasing options. All throughout our visit, the entire Team-Especially Andrea-took great care of us and took time to entertain our 3-year-old who started to get a bit rammy toward the end of our visit. Ultimately we purchased a new ring set that is EXACTLY what I was looking for! I cannot wait to receive my new jewelry and show it off. :)”
“I had my daughters ears pierced when she was a baby and the holes were not symmetrical. Our technician saw how offset they were (1st holes closed) and was able to pierce her ears in matching areas and my daughter (14 y/o) is very happy!”
