Today I went to buy a specific jacket and Layla was so lovely and helpful. She greeted me immediately and complimented me, which made my day! She was helpful the whole time and even took pants I wanted off of a mannequin since that was last XS in the store. She left such a positive impression, thank you Layla!!

Today I called this location to see if they had a pink backpack left and there was only one..The person I spoke with agreed to hold it until I got there.She held it as needed and even confirmed the name before releasing it. Awesome customer service. My princess can have the bag she wants!
