“What a unique pet store! Its bene said this is the largest pet store on the East Coast, and I believe it. Walk through the doors with a giant shark head above it into a massive warehouse. There are rows and rows of pet supplies organized by category. Throughout the main floor are birds and a few other animals. Off the side is an area for small pets like Guinea pigs and snakes. Don't miss the fish area. Hundreds of tanks are filled with many kinds of fish! The entire place is a little run down, but still worth a visit for how unique it is.”

They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed for my pet. It’s always nice to walk into a store where you feel welcomed and valued as a customer. “I had such a great experience with my Dog Buddy! They did an amazing job on my dog’s haircut—it looks clean, even, and exactly what I wanted. The bath was fantastic too my dog smells so good and feels super soft. You can tell they really care about the dogs and take their time to make sure everything is done right. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!”

“Well I usually go to Petsmart, but they don’t carry the bones my dog likes. Petco always has them in stock. The staff is friendly. It is a little hard to get around in there because there is alot of things in the middle aisles. That said, at least they keep their store stocked! I like it!”
“Piper did amazing washing my dog however took my other dog who is much smaller and she was rushed through and definitely not worth $90 called me 45 min after I left to say she was done.. when I got there Ashely never blew out her under coat and she was still damp .. her nails were jagged honestly just disappointed. When I brought it up to the employee who she’s like oh I’m not sure..”

“We called about a neighborhood feral cat and ORCA was very receptive, came out on a weekday evening, and brought the cat to get the medical care it needed.
