“Best 711 in town. This store always has nice employees who greet you as you walk in the door, the store is always clean, the store is always stocked, you cant ask for much more.
It seems like this store changed management recently and it clearly shows. This location wasn’t always this nice.”
“My Husband had an appointment at the minute clinic. It was our first time at this location. The nurse practitioner, Jennifer, was very thorough. She listened to him and answered all of his questions and concerns. We will definitely be returning in the future!”
“A pharmacy that knows you is something we all want and this particular CVS is it for more and my family. The staff knows my entire family by name and by face and are honestly such a pleasure. each member works so hard to make sure customers get the care and attention they need. I have watched staff members work diligently to find scripts for patients with little information given; and have turned over every rock and used every resource to do what they can. That’s a community pharmacy that cares. I know the drive they may be a little longer than you expected / but that’s because they give special attention to each person to make sure things are right. That’s the kind of care you want. And that’s the kind of care each customer, each patient deserves. I am extremely thankful for everyone at this CVS! Thank you for all you do and all your care! “I'm only familiar with the pharmacy at the Main St/ Valley Forge Rd store. Recently moving from the nearby CVS, I can only say how happy I am in dealing with this pharmacy staff. Unlike CVS, the same adult staff is here month to month, they are pleasant and know what they're doing. And there is almost never anybody in front of me at the drive thru. That's all I have to say.”

“Possibly the nicest staff I've ever come across. Both the pharmacy and front counter. And it's crazy clean. I used to go to the one in Flourtown which was equally clean and kind. I was upset to leave that store behind, but we're so happy with the Kulpsville store. I should also note that the photo lab is very well run. I've gone in there for enlargements and they also work with me to get the best final product. Such a well run store.”

“Asked for a discount on Old Pretzel,it was covered with moisture, he couldn't say no fast enough, and he said he would make more. Probably ended up tossing them (4 were left) he went and made more,i didn't wait the 7 minutes”

“Tonight I tried to fill a prescription for my sick pet at 2 different CVS locations but neither CVS location had the medicine in stock, and I was also told no other local CVS would have the medicine in stock. I almost lost hope entirely trying to get this medication, but on a whim I decided to try my local Walgreens just in case. Not only did this Walgreens have the medicine in stock, but the staff also offered to fill the medication for me right away while I waited in store, AND a pharmacy team member showed me how to use the new Walgreens Rx Savings Finder tool to get a discount for the prescription. The staff were so kind and supportive for the entire process, I would rate them a 100 out of 5 stars for my experience if it was possible. Thank you again Walgreens pharmacy team, my pup Phil and I appreciate you very much ❤️”
“This review is receiving 5-stars because of the associate Diane, and for no other reason. It was refreshing to experience top-notch customer service as I was in dire need for my custom printing to be completed same day.
Diane was in the middle of a task, but stopped to inform me of a dilemma in my printing needs. Most associates would have said, “ they’ve exhausted all options,” but not Diane!
She took an ample amount of time servicing my needs and entertaining my toddler daughter while assisting me. All the while she attended to, and greeted other customers that were in need with a pleasant smile and personality. She truly “made my day” and went over and above to make sure my needs were met.
Thank you Diane! It’s hard to find superb customer service nowadays, and you truly embodied it today and I will be sure to return to this location just because of you. It’s not often someone is happy they spent $100 on a print order, but I believe every dollar was worth the service provided.”
“This cvs is the best cvs I ever came to the manger Joanne is really nice it’s a clean and organized store and Ruth is awesome really nice and polite they deserve the 5 stars because of that one person that’s annoying and weird is some guy named Anthony he’s like 6 foot 2 Indian he’s weird he keeps staring at you and makes you feel uncomfortable to shop also he keeps following you around the store I don’t know if he likes little kids or boys but it’s disgusting and weird they should fire him !!!!!!”
