“I visited AT&T several times and did not have the best service due to an issue with a misspelling of my name on our account, however on this occasion Juliana wiped away the memory of all of those experiences. I was told by all the other representatives to figure it out in the app or call customer service but Juliana took the time to help us sort out the issue in the app and get a new phone within minutes. She made helpful suggestions and perfectly applied my screen protector and case saving me from pulling out my hair attempting to do it myself. “Probably the best retail customer service I ever had. I went there to switch carriers and Alyssa who I believe is the store manager was friggin awesome. She was so friendly and patient and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me out and I was extremely impressed with her. She needs a raise her own store or something. It’s rare to find these days so I hope att&t realizes what they have with her and I will always go to her store as long as she’s there. I also left with a great plan and new devices with better service than I had with my previous carrier so it’s a win all around”
