“My phone broke, i put my sim in an old phone i kept around as a backup. So i put my aim in my old phone and it wouldnt work. I went there and the counterman helped me. I owe him fifteen dollars still because im broke. Just moved into a new place and i shelled out all of my money. So he told me to come in fridat when i get paid and reimburse him. Vest phone carrier and workforce ive encountered. He told me that he remembers me giving another customer a couole if dollars to help someone pay their phone bill when they were short. I didnt even remember specifically that because i help ppl like that normally.”

“Took my computer in because I had an error message about the fan, Nick took apart and saw that Dell left a piece of paper in the unit so thankful I did not have to send back to Dell, I would highly recommend this store to anyone needing a repair on phone or computer GREAT SERVICE!”

“I never write reviews but had to!Came to this store to put my grandmother on a new line, with her being older-and non experienced in cell phones I thought why not go to Verizon right down the street from her. As soon as we stepped foot into the store we were greeted so nicely. I usually don’t go to phone stores but New Britain went above and beyond my expectations. We were helped by a girl named Skylar and she was just amazing! Breaking everything down for me and my grandmother, making sure we got everything we needed and just overall was a pleasant experience. I’ve never in my 30 years experienced such amazing customer service! Thank you so much.”

“Probably the best retail customer service I ever had. I went there to switch carriers and Alyssa who I believe is the store manager was friggin awesome. She was so friendly and patient and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me out and I was extremely impressed with her. She needs a raise her own store or something. It’s rare to find these days so I hope att&t realizes what they have with her and I will always go to her store as long as she’s there. I also left with a great plan and new devices with better service than I had with my previous carrier so it’s a win all around”

“After almost a month of an Asurion technician, or probably more than one, but three different appointments where this person FAILED to show up at our home (October 4, 13, and 21) we finally went to an uBreakitifix store in Montgomery Township, PA, and viola', within two hours the screen had been replaced and the phone (SE iPhone) works beautifully. The two lads were outstanding and very thorough and kind, as well.”

“The store manager K helped very diligently with my Tmobile Jump application and approval. I had a large amount of issues within this process, and she was able to get everything sorted out for me. Although it was very time-consuming, She handled everything with maximal service and my minimal input. I would strongly recommend this Tmobile branch amongst others in the area. One other staff member made me feel welcome and accompanied during this process. However, there was one other staff member who was clearly inexperienced and didn't know all of Tmobiles' features/programs. He attempted to act like a pro falsely and was unprofessional and rude. However, this was a very small part of my experience, and luckily, he didn't ruin it for the rest of the outlook on the location.”
