“This is probably the 3rd or 4th time I've ever walked into a five below and had a great experience. So today I was looking for a car ashtray and dash Mount + magnetic phone holder + wireless charger all in one! Which was something I discovered & saw for the 1st time today at a different store. Well anyway the sales associate that assisted me was named Sakshi and she put forth a full effort to help me hopefully find these items at her store! Unfortunately the store do not carry these items but her customer service, assistance and professionalism was hands down second to none! So with all this being said Andy specific items that I was looking for even though my search was inconclusive the experience and job that she did was just above the top and that's why I had to rate it five stars plus the store was clean and fully stocked of pretty much anything else you could want!”

“Love this store!! However I went to return a keychain that broke literally 2 days after I bought it and the employee kind of acted irritated. I guess she was mad that she had to do 2 mins of actual work because I wanted my money back instead of just exchanging it for a new one... I mean, I'm sure they're all made the same, if the first one broke after 2 days I'm sure the next one won't let very long either. Sorry not sorry”

“Employees smoking right at the entrance of the door isn’t quite the most respectful thing I’ve seen in awhile. Filling the entrance with cigarette smoking I damn near inhaled it as I walked past her to go in the store. She needed that Virginia slim so bad and wanted to be able to watch the register at the same time. Comes in to ask other employee if he needs help then right back out to smoking and sitting in her chair. break time or not and I’m only giving the benefit of doubt, standing right out front of the store you “work” at probably isn’t the greatest idea. And is just rude and disrespectful. Lack of common sense I suppose.”

They also have good brands of Hair clippers, T-shirts of all colors and sizes, colorful hats, thermal shirts, winter hats, jewelry. And a whole lot more.When my daughter and I, walked in the door, we were immediately greeted with a big smile. When my daughter looked around for a few minutes and could not find what she was looking for, a kind woman asked if she could be of help to her, then found what my daughter needed and gave her a few suggestions on other items that she might need. I was very impressed. I will definitely make sure to come back to this store. I highly recommend this place for all of your hair needs!”

Greetings as soon as I went in, (not sure if he was the assistant manager or manager) tall young man was very helpful, kind and courteous as well as the entire staff. “The team members at this location are some of the nicest and most supportive people I have had the pleasure of interacting with on a regular basis. The team is always friendly, attentive and for the last 18 months while I pursued my MBA I would stop in regularly for drinks and snacks to get me through the long nights of reading and studying. The staff always asked how I was doing and would always make sure to have my favorite snacks stocked for when I needed them. This level of care and genuine support from people I hardly know is something that has been lost in most establishments. These beauties are created with embroidery of silver and gold threads, velvets and satins made of silk, and many include semi-precious stones. Therefore, my concern and hesitation in working with any dry cleaner.I reviewed information about dry cleaners in the area and then visited many, to discuss my need to have stitching repaired and stains removed. I was shocked! Most refused to attempt, even when offered additional money and agreement to not hold them responsible if the purse resulted with additional damage.I must be honest and admit that ZIPS was the last drycleaner I went to; probably because drycleaners are expensive, and the price at ZIPS is so reasonable, that I was wary of the result. I was wrong.ZIPS agreed to take my purse for both spot cleaning, and alterations. The purse was approximately 100 years old, and the entire back had come apart, so I wasn’t sure if it was truly repairable.Approximately one week later, I was thrilled to pick up a meticulously sewn and beautifully cleaned purse. The result was amazing!This was certainly not a fluke.
