“You can judge a store when you have gone through a complex tangled mess with them, and still have a good experience. I bought a highly coveted patagonia jacket from their online store, but the last jacket in size M had been sold on the floor right as I purchased it online. After using the wrong credit card, a new jacket in size L, two credit card charges that couldn't be refunded -- I have to say they were incredibly professional and responsive. The least I can do is write a glowing review because not every store has good customer service, that are able to follow the tangled thread that ended up with my purchase and still leave a good impression on me. I will be shopping here online again.”

“Best tennis shop near the Philly area. All the staff there were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The demo program is by far the best for their selection and value, the demo cost even goes towards the purchase of a new racquet. They really helped guide me through the demo process to help me pick the perfect racquet for me. There's also a large selection of racquets, shoes, and other equipment for tennis and pickleball. Even though I didn't get my racquet strung there, they have top of the line equipment for stringing and customizing racquets. You really can't go wrong coming here for your racquet sport needs!”

“Pleasant experiences on both visits. Friendly owner and assistant greeted us upon entering and noted they’d be with us shortly, when finished with customers ahead of us. We were able to look around the small shop easily and found ballet slippers and a leotard that fit without any difficulty. My daughter was able to try on the items before purchasing, as well. There’s a dressing room for trying on the leotard. On our first visit she was helped with trying on ballet slippers. Will return if we need more supplies!”

“To the people complaining about the mask mandate that is no longer in effect - they have no clue on what it takes to run a business during a pandemic. They also don’t realize that the health department could shut down their establishment for violating the rules.Family friends run this business and they are extremely passionate about their craft. Dave is an extremely skilled machinist & mechanic. I have been here several times to test guns and am going to purchase. They will spend the time making sure you know what you get exactly what you are looking for.”
