We ordered a special jar, but the one that came wasn't exactly what we wanted. I sent a quick message to see if they had the other one and within a week they had found it and sent it across the country, no extra charge. Very happy with the service and product.

I purchased your salted caramel fragrance oil through wayfair last year. I recently purchased another bottle. Did you guys change something. It's not as strong as it use to be. I would love if you would change it back. It's my favorite.Thanks
