“A man named Ed owns Phil's tire center. Ed was incredibly helpful. I ran over a staple, which sucked, I tried packing it with rubber cement, which didn't work, and I was faced with missing out on weekend plans because I needed a tire. And then there's Ed, who said "We'll try to fix your tire, or get you a new one if we can't."Long story short, Ed went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and had my car up and running when I needed it and he saved my weekend plans.”

“After the purchase of a new vehicle in Maryland we were 30 miles into the trip to Bethel Park, PA the low tire pressure icon appeared on the dashboard and we had to keep adding air to continue. Searched for a tire service in the Bethel Park area and by chance we pulled into Rich's Tire Service. Thank the heavens we did! “Came by on a Saturday early afternoon for a tire pressure leak on my run flat tire. All the other tire places in town were booked up but Five Star squeezed me in for a tire nail removal and patch. Whole service took less than 15 mins, everybody was incredibly friendly, and it cost $20. Fantastic experience overall and they have earned my business whenever I am in the area.”

“Decided it would be a great idea to drive a 20 year old beat up police car from Indianapolis to NYC thankfully if I ever decide to do the trip again I know I’ll have amazing peace of mind knowing this place is right at the half way point while on my way home I blew up my parking brake rendering it a hazard for the 400 miles I had left to get home I limped in on a Sunday an hour before they closed instead of giving the run around I got in 30 minutes later cause the only Sunday service tech hadn’t had lunch then he proceeded to APOLOGIZE to me for taking a lunch instead of getting me in right away the guys there were absolutely amazing and hilarious definitely removed any sort of stress I had after being broke down hours away from home thanks to them I made it home same day without further issues I definitely feel way more confident going back to NYC again knowing this shop will be on the halfway point thank you for everything boys”

He said he was open until 8 (much better than the other places) and he'd work on my car right away. “Great customer service! I was having issues with my tires and after a couple of visits, I ended up getting new ones. They have a good selection of tires, and I ended up getting the lowest priced ones.After the tires were installed I requested a test drive. Sometime during the test drive a wheel cover was lost Not only did Kevin, the owner, order a replacement at no cost to me, but when it arrived he put on 4 brand new wheel covers for freeAlthough Marsh doesn't do alignments there, Kevin, the owner, referred me to a garage nearby where I was able to get a 4 wheel alignment for only $45.They do perform other automotive services there including inspections and oil changes. I've included the picture of their oil change prices below, because I think they really can't be beat. It's like $38.50 for an oil change, or $10 in change if you just want them to do the work and you supply the materials.When my car was recently inspected I was told by a place I used to trust that my front brake pads were very low and needed replaced immediately. When Kevin was having the wheel covers installed I had Marsh check on all my brakes, and found out that they were still in very good condition and did not need replaced.So I now have a new permanent garage that I know I can trust whenever issues arise with my car, and that place is Marsh Tire. Their customer service went above and beyond what I expected.”
