“Location is great. Forgot the gentleman's name that help with my wife's phone. Though I do have complaint about how AT&T does things. Your workers shouldn't be stuck calling the same numbers that the customers do and get that obnoxious automated voice and no access to a real person. How do you not have a work around for that? All because we got sent the wrong phones and SIM cards. At most, this could have been a 10-30 min visit and turned into 2 1/2 hours. Again, the workers are great, company, not so much”
