Got a rental car..drove an hour north, started to overheat. Called roadside, they wanted me to drive the car back. Tried to call local center a few times with no luck. Finally sent and email and got someone local. It took 5 hours for then to send a wrecker and replacement. It was after 12:45 to get it swapped.

Check-in was smooth and the staff was incredibly friendly. The car was very clean and ran great - we were happy to be provided a vehicle that was taken care of! Returning the car was even smoother and there was minimal contact; super COVID-friendly. We'll be renting from Alamo again!

Worse service ever reserved a vehicle 2 weeks prior and paid for. show up and and they have nothing and the lady working the counter did nothing to help assist with twh problem.
