Really would like a refund! Went through the wash, and when I got home it was filthy. Never again

Pick a different car wash if you have the option. The garage door was up when I pulled up to the payment kiosk, door went down before my receipt printed and the wash started... AKA without a car in it. WTH?? Company is hard to get ahold of. This was several years ago but no chance of me going back.
