I’ve been going here for about 5 years and I love it so much. You get to know the people and trainers really quickly and there’s a nice wide variety of equipment that is perfect for my type of training. If you’re in the area I recommend coming here for sure!

Everyone is really friendly! I highly recommend the Zumba classes and aqua zumba classes they are so much fun that you forget you are working out. The music is awesome and Amy is Amazing!

PRO Rehabilitation Services provides a wide variety of rehabilitation services for patients with orthopedic disorders, post operative trauma, work injuries, sports injuries and other neurologic/neuromuscular conditions. Our mission is to restore or improve the functional capacity of our patients and enable them to return to their optimum health level.
