“I absolutely recommend Keith's for any work you need done on your vehicle. My wife and I blew a tire (past the point of patching) driving from Philly to Maryland and ended up stranded in Ridley Park. Keith's was the repair shop nearest where we broke down, so we limped it over there and boy did we luck out. Very friendly, knowledgeable people.They were very busy, but still made every effort to prioritize our vehicle so we could get home. They charged us a fair price and worked quickly once the tires arrived. Keith called multiple distributors to try to get the tires as soon as possible, and even recommended a place for us to get food while we waited.I have had very bad and very good experiences with mechanics in the past, and I am happy to say that this was the best service I have ever had—especially given how stressful the situation was.”

“I found a car I liked online at Fellah Auto Group and scheduled an appointment to test drive the car last week. Before the appointment I researched what I thought I would do for a down-payment and then figured what I could afford per month if I liked the car. Before even wasting time on a test drive, I informed Will (sales) of my #'s and he thought it sounded reasonable. Since I live locally & make no decisions without the approval of my wife I test drove the car with Will and took it home so she and my daughter could approve. Two hours later, I was signing papers with Doc (finance) and the car was clean and waiting for me to pull away. Great people to do business with and the easiest time I ever had buying a car at a dealer. After the fact, they needed to get the second key from their dealer in Bristol and I was a little uneased when I didn't hear from them but the same day I asked them about it I was called back to come by and snag the key. I would recommend anyone looking for a car at really any range to look at the Fellah web-site, do your homework, and then call Will for some help. Also, don't be swayed away from them because the cars on the lot are dirty. I did initially - until I realized they have billboards above them and well . . . Birds do what Birds do . . . “I have a 22 year car I bought from you new and it's been meticulously taken care of and serviced by you 95% of it's service history. On a recent servicing that had electrical issues diagnosed as needing to replace it's inside cabin and under hood fuse boxes, it was found Acura/Honda no longer made them for my make and model AND no supplier of yours that you could buy from had any in stock. I love this car and asked my service contact Bryant to have your mechanic get the list of parts you could not get and I'd get them so we could bring the car back up to 100%. Your team was up for the challenge. Your parts department located the under hood fuse box & it's full compliment of working fuses on Ebay, used & in Excellent to near mint condition which I bought and had shipped, but the inside cabin one was no where to be found, however in short order as far as impossible hunts go, (one of my God given gifts as I was 'the go to scrounge' for finding things no one could get overseas for the Navy frigate I served on) I found a wreck of my exact year and model in a auto salvage yard in Oklahoma, who had recently sold the engine and trans and all it's connecting under hood components, but hadn't touched anything in the cabin - turns out they DID have the inside cabin fuse box with all its fuses in VERY GOOD to EXC condition & bought and shipped that too. After I delivered those to Bryant to have your mechanics check it out and install, the entire repair job got finished (about a little over a month from when I first brought it in until I got it back). I had lined up a loaner car from you before I brought it in, so none of my time was without a working vehicle. I must of told a hundred people about my recent experience and how delighted I was that you back up what you sell doing EVERYTHING POSSIBLE even in THIS case your customer was willing to make up for something you couldn't do. THE FACT YOUR TEAM went the distance with me on this AND we got the job DONE was to me like my Navy days out at sea when you don't have the luxury of getting things the way you normally get them, you WORK the problem and CREATE the solution with the people who know what they are doing signing off on achieving every element WITH WHAT YOU GOT. . . there's NO BETTER FEELING OF SUCCESS when you achieve an objective, with a team that CAN DO IT over most teams that would look at anything out of the box of normal business as usual and just shrug their shoulders and say sorry, it can't be done. Bryant seeing I was this type of person and this type of customer, and your mechanic and part dept. willing as well to do everything possible WORKED WITH ME, and we hunkered down and GOT THE JOB DONE!! EVERYTHING is back to being 100%. That's a $1000+ bill I was MORE THAN HAPPY to pay! God bless you all!”
