“Last night my family and I drove up from Virginia. I noticed a weird vibration and called Ciocca this morning hoping they could squeeze me in. Everyone was so friendly and responsive. The girl got me in despite a full schedule and I took my car in early. Bobby and the tech drove the car and it didn't happen for them. They told me it was free and I could come get it or they could try again for a maintenance charge. Because we have a 4 hours drive I said keep it and I'll pay the charge. A few hours go by and again after a 20 mile drive still no recreation and Bobby said no charge. I offered to pay and he said "I couldn't do that- it wouldn't be right". I was so appreciative and they said after popping the hood they deemed it safe. I haven't had the issue again but I sure do appreciate the piece of mind. Wonderful service even after purchasing the car 9 years ago! Thank you Hyundai”

However, we really wanted to purchase through Ciocca because of the Ciocca promise and positive experiences of friends and family.We decided to visit in person and we were greeted by salesman Adam. He was great! Not pushy but friendly.We originally went to look at a used RAV4 and left with a new Highlander...which is really what we wanted.Inventory was a little limited due to shortages nationwide. We still had plenty of choices and everyone was upfront.”

“I bought a 2018 Rav4 Adventure model from Ciocca Toyota in September, it is everything that I was looking for in a car. I added a tow hitch because it has the towing capacity to meet all my needs, with a price that saved me thousands of dollars. From sales to financing, to servicing, Ciocca has treated me very kindly, (really great considering I have no knowledge about some of the requests I had for the hitch and otherwise) ..shout out to Andrew the service manager who worked very hard to make sure I was happy with the vehicle , and was gracious when a popped fuse (not a car problem, a trailer problem) brought me back to the shop.. I have since moved 2 hours away but I will continue to bring my car here for maintenance because I trust them. I have found everyone at Ciocca Toyota to be up right , and respectful, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a great car !”

“I received excellent service at a very reasonable price. I've always been leary of taking my vehicles to "the dealer" as I have heard they are very expensive and often rude. I was pleasantly surprised at the kindness, knowledge, and experience from the time I called in to schedule my servicing and order parts until i walked out the door after my service. I have a hard top Jeep Wrangler. When I called Kaiser's Service, they transferred me right to the parts department to make sure everything needed was properly ordered. My appointment was then scheduled for about 2 weeks out, which is quite reasonable. When I arrived on the appointed day, my parts and mechanic were ready to go. I was told it would take 2 hours. I sat and had my coffee and, after a little over an hour, was headed out to have a cigarette when they told me my Jeep was ready to go. The price, including parts, was right about at $400. That's awesome. I know I have authentic Jeep parts in my new seals and that they were installed by a Jeep mechanic. They gave the inside a quick vacuum cleaning and a spritz of new car smell deodorant. I will not know if it fixed the problem until the next good rain, but the experience was great. Due to this experience, their knowledge, timeliness, and cost, I will not be afraid to go to "the dealer" for repairs anymore. At least THIS dealer. Thanks Kaiser!”
