“These guys were great, will definitely be going back! I went to them back in July of 2025 and waited months before writing this review. I needed a lot of work to pass inspection including new front/rear subframes and new rear wheel bearings. Other places I took it to said it was a lost cause, but I am happy it eventually led me to Home Team Auto. Their price was very fair (far less than a new used vehicle) and now 6 months later I have had no issues with any of the repairs they did. Thank you, see you again soon!”

“This was my first time visiting this shop and my car desperately was in need of an oil change in order for me to make it (quite a distance) home. The ladies at the desk and mechanic were so hospitable and kindly squeezed me in. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and upfront with information too. If I lived locally this would be my go to auto shop. Highly recommend!”

“I came in for piston ring repair under my extended warranty, and I had the pleasure of working with Zachary Cronin, the service advisor.
He was exceptional—very professional, helpful, and a great listener. Zachary patiently listened to my concerns, especially after I had been turned away by another Honda service center, despite clearly being eligible for the warranty.
I explained the situation and provided evidence, and he thoroughly assessed the issue, confirming that I was indeed eligible for the repair.
I am currently awaiting the vehicle's delivery after all the necessary repairs have been completed, until then a loner car is given to me.
I am very thankful to Ciocca Honda & Zach for exceptional service and support!”

“I bought a 2018 Rav4 Adventure model from Ciocca Toyota in September, it is everything that I was looking for in a car. I added a tow hitch because it has the towing capacity to meet all my needs, with a price that saved me thousands of dollars. From sales to financing, to servicing, Ciocca has treated me very kindly, (really great considering I have no knowledge about some of the requests I had for the hitch and otherwise) ..shout out to Andrew the service manager who worked very hard to make sure I was happy with the vehicle , and was gracious when a popped fuse (not a car problem, a trailer problem) brought me back to the shop.. I have since moved 2 hours away but I will continue to bring my car here for maintenance because I trust them. I have found everyone at Ciocca Toyota to be up right , and respectful, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a great car !”

“They repaired my trailer for me. I don't know everything that they did but it's like pulling a a new trailer. Actually I don't think it worked as good when I bought it as what it does now. I use my trailer for work. So they did a quick turnaround as far as the repairs. And They showed me some other closed-in trailers and their prices looked really good. So I found a new place to purchase anything trailer related. and for repairs. Everybody was polite and friendly . I'm definitely be back.”

“Came into this shop with a family member for things done to my car. I have a bad experience with corporate owned shops usually. I always feel ripped off and usually deal with pretty rude customer service. Not here though. I was greeted first thing by the manager here who was very nice and personable. During my time here, I met a good chunk of the staff. They were all very nice, friendly, and helpful.. It felt like the team treated each other like family. Because of this, the energy was very nice and upbeat. I get anxious in service waiting rooms usually but not here. Also, they were honest with pricing and what work needed to be done or would need to be done soon.. I didn’t feel ripped off what so ever like I have felt in other places! I will definitely come back in the future.”
