“Didn't catch his name, but the guy that helped me was super nice and helpful both on the phone and when I came in. Usually you're the one asking about options available or explaining what you're doing. This wasn't the case. As soon as I said was I was looking for, he immediately let me know my options, gave me suggestions, pros/cons of each option, and was pleasant the whole time. Wasn't pushy or trying to get me out the door. If he's an employee, you got a good one! If he's (you, if you're reading this) the owner, keep up the good work!I was buying paint for touch-ups on my car.”

“I’ve been having battery trouble and stopped in to get a replacement and was greeted by Chris who immediately started working on my vehicle while Shana ushered me into the store and educated me on the purchase of a new battery as well as the warranty it includes…while replacing my battery Chris was so pleasant even though my vehicle model can cause frustration when changing the battery. He answered all my questions and I learned so much in the process. Chris, Shana and Jay and any others I may have missed are running a smooth ship over there and doing so with such knowledge, kindness and exceptional customer service. Once outside to install the battery for me, Jason was very methodical in his work and did not rush the job. He made sure that everything was replaced as it previously had been and that everything fit where it needed to. “I'm stupid, and lost the fuel cap for one of our forklifts at my job. Showed up to Napa, again like an idiot, without even a spare, and the very kind gentleman at this location did everything they could think to do to help me out. My brain cells finally decided to fire, and I went and got a cap to have as a reference for them off our second forklift. I was there for awhile, but as it was an odd request, I can not blame them for that whatsoever. Great Napa location with great employees. Can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he wanted to make damn sure I got the right one, and put the effort into doing so! Will definitely be back when needed ?”

“I wouldn’t go anywhere except Custom Auto Body to get our vehicles worked on. They have fixed major damage on one of my son’s car that was damaged from a monster buck and another sons’s brand new car that was kind of t-boned from another driver not paying attention. This time it was on my own vehicle that I purchased brand new back in 2013. I didn’t have any dents or even scratches in this and to be in an accident made me sick to my stomach. I was greeted by a nice man that assured me that it would be fine, I will never even know it happened. I got the car back four days sooner than expected. I was so pleased with the work. He was right. It looked brand new again! Not only was the damage gone, but I couldn’t even tell anything ever happened. Not only did everything line up perfectly but the metallic paint matched perfectly with the rest of the car. The car was detailed inside and out. It hasn’t looked this good in years.
