They are always so patient and gentle with my scaredy cats. And when one needed major surgery at his emergency appointment, they were able to operate on him within two hours!
They followed up to make sure he’s okay, and helped me with any post-op questions my anxiety generated.

“More then once Dr Geary save one of our babies lives. Yesterday was no exception. We recently adopted an amazing little puppy after a terrible a took our last pup. We had an appointment set up to get him his shots and everything was great. Suddenly out of nowhere he got very sick. He fell over and began throwing up. Could not stand eat or drink. We recently moved so we tried calling several vets in our local area and received the same response over and over. We can see you in two weeks or a week. We than started calling emergency vets in area and we're stunned to be told that they were so busy they couldn't even See anybody. So finally we said you know what let's just call Dr. Geary and see what happens. Sure enough they were able to get us in the same day and asked us if we could be there in a couple hours. We got our boy there and he was positive for Parvo which used to be a death sentence for any dog. Since Dr Geary is so aware, and on top of developments in the field, he was one of the only vets in the area carrying in the new IV treatment That takes survival chances from 30% to 90%. Now, of course the cost terrified me because we have young kids and Christmas is coming up. He did everything in his power to make things were as affordable as possible, even working with us on payments. It has now been about 24 hours since he received the treatment and he is a new pup. Running around jumping and playing eating and drinking like normal. 24 hours ago, he was actively dying. i'm quite honestly I have about three or four additional stories very similar times that he saved one of my other babies. Every staff member in that office is so pleasant to deal with and I couldn't say enough positive things about literally everybody there. Thank you, thank you thank you for bringing my little boy back and make it possible to give him the treatment he needed. And for those reviews saying he's overpriced...I would love to know where you are going that you found cheaper because trust me he's beyond reasonable.”

“Dr. Bendix is the best!! He really took care of my 18+ year old baby, Lucy. He was able to clip a claw growing into her pad. She is always so helpful in fitting us in and finding the best cost for the many medications that my dog needs. Donaldson Animal Hospital has always been there when we have emergencies and I am so grateful to this facility and their workers for being so helpful and caring to my fur baby.”

“Simply put they saved my babies life. From Karen at the front desk who insisted that I bring her in immediately to Michelle, Angela, Emily and all the techs who took such awesome care of Abby. And that doesn't even touch Dr. Lisa who took so much time to diagnose as do the surgery and all the aftercare that is still going to be required to keep her healthy for the remainder of her life. They took all the time I needed to wrap my head around what was happening. I could see the concern and compassion I the eyes of everyone in the office. Please, take your fur kids here. They will do whatever they can to save them.”
“I am so absolutely thankful for the team at the Greensburg Banfield. My dog ate a box of chocolate covered raisins and we knew we had to get him to a vet. The Monroeville location was closed so we called here. They were so helpful in the whole process. The staff kept us informed the entire time and kept us notified it there was a price change, how our dog was doing and how long he would be there. “Low cost place! Def needed a place like this! Got my cat shots and Spade! I still feel like it was kind of pricey compared to some places, but when I went to the regular vet I spent $250, so it was $90 for everything plus I gave a $10 donation because they don't get paid there, and also $5 for the e-cone. So it sure beats going to a regular vet! I am very grateful. I did get yelled at a couple times, but I guess that was because I was not reading and comprehending everything that she wrote me about the process, but I finally figured it out and I understand that they are super busy.”
