“Thee car was a Chevy Malibu, which ran wonderfully. I had requested a compact, but, if I am not mistaken, a Malibu is larger than that. Still, it was a fine car that I picked up and dropped off when I needed to. There were no delays. The person with whom I worked at the Enterprise agency agency was friendly and helpful.”

“The people were all helpful, courteous and professional. The $110 extra charge, while technically correct, was excessive. I only drove the car 21 miles. I think some discretionary effort could have been used.”
“They picked me up when I dropped off my car for repair, and were right on time. The rental vehicle was solid.
The only thing I didn't like was that. The vehicle only had a quarter tank of gas. So I added another quarter tank to bring it to the halfway mark. However, I never drove it that much. So I returned the vehicle with a lot more gas than when I had picked it up. They should have paid me for the additional gas”
