“I had no issues with the last two rentals but credit to Tina who is excellent and a pleasure to deal with. I am sad to see she will be leaving this location for another but overall my vehicle was ready for pickup had a full tank of go go juice and I was never given an attitude. “Never an issue renting from them. This time there was however an issue the Android Auto for the GPS. On a 13 hour drive, it got wonky and impacted my phone and stopped working. We ended up using my wife's phone to get us to our destination.
Not their fault and I would always recommend them.”
“I had such a wonderful experience at this Budget location! I rented my original car in Maryland, and during my trip the “Change Oil Soon” light started flashing. I was worried about driving it home and stopped in on the off chance they might be able to help.
The team was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating. Even though this was a last-minute request and I hadn’t rented from their location, they worked everything out for me and got me into another vehicle so I could get home safely. They made what could have been a stressful situation completely painless.
What really stood out was how genuinely friendly everyone was. It didn’t feel like dealing with a big corporate rental company, it felt like walking into a neighborhood business where people actually cared about helping you.
