I like the fact that they call me to confirm it's time for me to recieve my medicine. They will reach out to get your scripts filled in a timely fashion. Delivery is excellent in timing. “I had been trying to get a medication through the big chain pharmacies in the area who wouldn’t answer their phones for hours and when they did, didn’t want to assist with the steps to complete my preapproval for it to be covered. Someone’s recommended trying Giant and they were AWESOME my medication was ready within 20 mins of me calling and that was including them working with my insurance to make sure the preapproval was completed correctly so the med would be covered. They also were so pleasant on the phone too.”

“Excellent Pharmacy services. Originally was going to CVS to pay 400.00 for a prescription, but good Lord said not so fast and pointed in the directions of Walmart. GRAZI and the staff and the pharmacist was very helpful and trying to save me money on my prescription. I never met a staff so friendly welcome you with a smile to serve you. I felt like Lord was behind the counters assisting with my needs and help me to save money. God Bless Everyone! Sylvia”
“Associates are typically very kind. I think i've had two instances where they weren't great.However everybody has an off day. There's never a long wait time at the pharmacy. Typically, very speedy.And again very nice.”

“Everything in Norristown always gets a bad rap. I deal with several different pharmacies, in Blue Bell , KOP, West Norriton, as a home health aide. this by far is the best pharmacy. They always have my prescriptions on time. There is never a problem with them, not being in stock. Shirley, Collette, and the rest of the staff are always wonderful friendly with a big smile and happy to see me and every other customer. Their customer service is excellent.”
