“I want to recognize the extra effort by Amir Salama at S&T Bank Penn Hills location. While at the bank with questions about credit application, Amir suggested refinance on my high interest existing loan. Amir’s applied extra efforts to gain my wife’s notarized signature from present distant location to finalize refi in January 2025 and home equity loan in January 2026. Amir kept me up to date through all aspects of these processes. Amir has made this a pleasant experience.”

This is not my usual branch nut I witnessed the tellers greeting most of their customers by name as they entered the building. Likewise I see the customers exchanging pleasantries with the staff. “I usually Bank out of the West Mifflin office but had to go to the Wilmerding office today. Karen that used to work at West Mifflin branch is now down there and I got to work with her, she's just as great as she was when she was in West Mifflin. Wilmerding is lucky to have such a great employee. Everyone else I've ever dealt with at any United Community Federal Credit Union branches are fantastic, helpful and very understanding. I would recommend using them to anybody and I do recommend it to my friends all the time. I would never say something like this about any other bank they have helped me out many times and we're very understanding I give the branches a million Stars if I could. You're treated like a human no wacky unnecessary fees like most banks such as PNC and citizens horrible banks in my opinion so if you can bank with these guys happy customer for many years. The check did not deposit the first time.I told the company they gave another. I was so scared I was going to have the same thing happen and not get paid.
