“My family and I went to the North Versailles AT&T store on 10/14/23. We have been with Verizon for 20 years. My husband and I had iPhone 7s and my son an 11. Verizon was no help to us even though we have been their customers for so many years. My husband had called AT&T and spoke with someone. We decided to just go to the store and see if we can get a better deal with a different carrier. We met Christian. He was very kind and very helpful. He figured out the best deal he could for us and took his time helping us and answering any questions we had. He was even able to get us a discount through the type of occupation I had. We left there with three new phones, 2 iPhon e 14 pro max, and 1 iPhone 14. I suggest if you are looking to switch phone carriers to go with AT&T and to go to their store in North Versailles. “Cricket in North Versailles has such great staff! My experience was beyond amazing! I was taken care of by Joshua D.I rushed in 3-5 minutes before closing time because I had broken my phone and needed a new one asap. Even though we were cutting it close, Joshua STILL tended to me when he could’ve easily refused service. Joshua was extremely helpful and kind, he got me set up with my new phone in no time! We were having some trouble accessing my cricket account but Joshua made sure that I was able to open up a new account! He was so patient during the entire process which made me feel very comfortable :)Hopefully he gets to see this so that he knows how grateful I am for his patience & understanding ?”

“Metro staff members were very pleasant and helpful. They helped me transfer over service over it without any issues. I got a an iPhone 11 for free and it’s my first iPhone so I’m happy that I switched over with them. So far now problems with my phone and the service so far has been pretty good. “Went in for a new DualSense Edge controller, and the woman working there was super friendly, and we just kinda got caught up in techy computer and gaming talk. It was pretty fun. She told me how joining the pro program would save me a ton of money and get me some rewards. She was a very pleasant person and made the experience well worth the extra drive. Got my controller, the protection plan, which is a great idea so you don't have to deal directly with Sony and left happy. Great experience all around.”
