home depot has got the worst customer service i have ever had....bought a washer they delivered it and did not install it and refused to send anybody to help...make it worse...they won't even take it back so I can get a refund...worst company I have ever dealt with period

Had trouble with a missing item from an online order. The employees there went out of their way to make it right and take care of me. Great customer service.

Today D'Mere just offered to help put some mulch and topsoil in my car for me when he saw me struggling. He was above and beyond helpful, even offering to grab an extra bag for me. Please give this guy and the other young man working with him some sort of bonus. they deserve it!
