“Dr. Bernadette Santos is a wonderful vet. I brought my extremely anxious 17-year old cat who always freaks out at the vet to see her for a checkup. She was kind and gentle with Dolly and for the first time in years Dolly allowed a vet to handle her without freaking out. Dr Santos is smart and compassionate and the visit went well. I highly recommend Dr Santos and Pittsburgh Spay and Vaccination Clinic.”

“I took my LéLu for first time to this place and very impressed. It is convenient to get to versus my last groomers location..I was very happy with her cut but was alittle taken back with the deposit you have to put down to set appointment. I NEVER had to do that with any other place but it is not a deal breaker because of the results of how well LéLu is treated and at least that deposit is also used towards the total price which is alittle higher than previous groomers I went to. They even put a cute little bow on her. No other place has ever done that. I will be happy to using them again.”

“My cats have been boarding there 2 days, I’m still 1200 miles away on a trip, and I couldn’t help but go ahead and write this review. They are kind, compassionate, loving, patient, and absolutely obsessed with loving our animals as their own while we’re away. One of my cats has asthma, and it’s really hard for me for me to leave her at all, but I’ve never felt so safe with her being somewhere else. Pet parents - this is the place you want your kids to be when you’re not there. I’m so beyond impressed and so thankful for them! The Nestcam is a GAME CHANGER. Incredible people, and I’ll be switching them over to this clinic for their primary vet needs when I get home.”

“Best Vet experience I’ve had with Pippin. I have had very terrible experiences at AVETS and Banfield with my beloved Pippin. The whole staff at the Monroeville Animal Hospital were extremely kind and didn’t act as if Pippin was a dollar sign. He came in for a conjunctivitis case . They treated him with love and kindness and we need more vets like these people! Will definitely make them my primary vet for Pippin. Thank you guys! “This review is long overdue - I have been coming to EEVMC for 4.5 years now, first with my sweet elderly shih tzu. Dr. Cramer and Sydney took the very best care of her, especially in her last weeks of life. I decided to put her to sleep at the vet and it was the most peaceful and compassionate experience that I could have asked for. They sent a sweet sympathy card with seeds that I could plant in her memory.I now have two kittens and Dr. Madineni and team have been so helpful and proactive.I highly highly recommend EEVMC!!!”

“First, they were able to get us in the same day. Which is very rare for a veterinarian.Dr. Sweeney and his associate were so kind and gentle with our cat during the examination. His diagnosis was bad. Dr. Sweeney gave us time to process and decide the next step without any rush. He gave our cat an injection to put him to sleep before the euthanasia injection and this made us feel more comfortable staying with him until the end. When his ashes were returned, he included a paw print out of clay and a heartfelt card expressing his condolances. Simply amazing, I wish we would of found him sooner to care for all our animals.”

“I was 7 minutes late for my appointment and they turned my dog away. They could of made an exception, but they didn't. This was my fault that I was late, but still very disappointing. I have decided to pay double the price and go somewhere that they understand when you are running late, and their customer service is a little more friendly. If you are going to do business with this place, make sure that you are running a tight ship, because they stick to their rules. The 5 star review is so that this gets read, and people don't take time off of work for nothing.”

They completed his exam efficiently and we were back home within a half hour. The office was clean and welcoming. It’s always hard finding a new vet but we couldn’t be happier with the Cat Clinic.”

“I had to bring in my dog last minute because my regular vet was closed. I called around 2pm and they were able to squeeze me in at 4pm. I was a bit nervous because my dog tends to be anxious at our regular vet. The front desk worker/tech was a younger guy and was absolutely AMAZING with my dog. I wish I would’ve caught his name. He played with my dog, gave him a few treats and made my dog feel comfortable. The result was my pup being really comfortable in this new environment! The doctor was very polite and professional and handled our case appropriately. He was very thorough in asking questions about my dog’s current illness. For 2 medications, 3 injections an exam and a pannel, our total was only $255. Thank you so much for your service! My furry feiend and I appreciate you!”

After 14 years of unconditional love, my family and I had to say goodbye to our cherished dog, Reptar. The past year of Reptar’s life, Middle Road Animal Clinic, did absolutely everything and anything they could to give him the absolute best quality of life. They always got us in when Reptar was having a bad day, they treated us all so kindly as we had to come to the decision to say good bye, and they showed truly how much they care for each pet when the time finally came to let him go. The decision was gut wrenching and still hurts to this day, but their kind gestures like a personalize cremation box, plastered paw print, and unexpected hand written card made the transition for my family a little easier. When ever our hearts heal enough to let another dog in, we will most definitely be bringing them here, because this team has full heartedly also become a part of our family!”

“I came to the century 3 Petco today after work . I shop between the waterfront and this one . I did some shopping for my Bronny today. I was so pleased with the service that I got from Terry. This was the 1st time from this Petco that I was really pleased. I had to look at my receipt when I got home to see what her name was. She helped me with my Petco app in my phone . She was very helpful, she didn't rush me along. Because they were busy. She had a lot of patients.
