“I have been coming here for years and am never disappointed. I asked for a quote a couple weeks ago but when I called today, those tires were out of stock so they gave me another quote which was nearly $50 more. When I mentioned the first quote they gave me a discount to nearly match the first amount. When I arrived one of the guys, a tall young man, wish I had gotten his name, suggested I had enough tread on my tires for a few more months at least. Never have had anyone try to delay a sale. I was so impressed with his honesty. Always great service and deals. Won't go anywhere else.”

“Another excellent service trip to Calabro! Jason helped my daughter identify her tire needs on Friday, immediately ordered the special high performance tires, called her on Saturday to let her know the tires were delivered, and installed them Monday morning. Outstanding service at a fair price. All members of our family have used Calabro for our tire and auto inspection and general maintenance needs. Every experience has been outstanding. Highly recommend Calabro! Thank you Jason and team!”

“Bob (Service Manager I believe) was the best! I just bought a car from Carvana and had to get my brakes replaced under warranty. I took it to another shop first and they gave me so much trouble. Decided to get another opinion and I’m so happy I did. Bob was so friendly and patient. He explained everything to me and got the claim processed in no time. Will definitely be taking my car to this location from now on.”

“Was on my way to an important event that I was leading, and had a 3 hour drive ahead of me. While getting gas, noticed a nail in my tire. Swung by Mr Tire for help and explained the urgency of getting it repaired quickly. The manager was wonderful, even called his mechanic to see if he could arrive sooner, as only one mechanic was working. He did arrive about 10 minutes early for his shift. He was able to patch my tire and after an hour, I was on my way. I watched the mechanic and he gathered various tools from different locations, and also paused several times to get on his iPad. I don’t know the process and protocols, but I have to say that it appeared very inefficient. I have had tire patches before and it took other shops less than 10 minutes to get the job done. I’m grateful for the service of these two, but I think management should reevaluate a few things to create greater efficiency which would lead to greater customer satisfaction, more customers being served, and repeat business.”

“I noticed my tire was low on my way home from work one evening. I realized there were two nails in my tire. This shop was the only place open at 730 pm. I knew it was a long shot coming in 30 mins before close to get it fixed. I had very few options with a 40 mins commute home. This place was amazing! They didn’t care that I was there so late and immediately got to fixing my tire. Thankfully they were able to patch it up and send me on my way. They were all super friendly, professional, and quick! After my experience and reading the other reviews, I will be back. They now have a new customer.”

4101 Steubenville Pike, Pittsburgh PA 15205
“I've taken my car there for 7 years now. He is honest, friendly, and dependable. The type of mechanic that won't sell you something you don't need. Instead, tell you the problem, his price, and what it may take to do on your own if you choose to. Other places will find no issues but call with 5 things that could hypothetically happen some day and beg you to let them do it. I don't take my car anywhere else now.”

“I have always felt that this Subaru dealership takes such good care of its patrons. Several months ago I traded in my lease for a third Subaru in a row and this visit was a particularly wonderful experience Ben, the sales consultant, was kind, thorough, and incredibly empathetic. He made sure I felt comfortable with my vehicle and was incredibly conscientious about all my car needs. He was a delightful human being, who sat with me while we waited for my financing to go through, which took a bit longer than expected. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy or lease a car from this dealership. Ray was also genuinely the most professional and thorough gentleman ever. He made sure I understood all of the particulars about my financing and he was incredibly courteous and kind. All in all this dealership is top-notch. I have never had a poor experience, from the sales team all the way through to the service department. I couldn’t recommend them more.”
