“One of our rabbits was not doing well and when we needed an appointment quickly. We found out our current vet was no longer treating rabbits. Pleasant Valley was recommended to us so my husband called and we were able to get an appointment today. I brought our bunny in and she was seen by Dr. Kline. While in the office, very sadly our rabbit passed as she was much sicker than we realized. It was heartbreaking for me and I was trying not to completely break down. Dr. Kline and the entire staff were amazing! She was so gentle and kind with "Alfalfa" and kept saying how sorry she was. She answered all my questions and gave me all the time I needed, never making me feel rushed. I had never been to this office before yet felt so comfortable.I was not charged for the visit and that was such an incredibly kind gesture at that moment. Thank you Dr. Kline and staff of Pleasant Valley. You helped make a very sad day just a little more bearable with your kindness.”

“So compassionate. Our fur baby was losing weight at a terrible pace. We checked in with this sweet compassionate group. They did a blood test and determined that he was in renal failure, secondary to Lyme's disease that had been treated. Unfortunately our fur-baby lost his battle. I cannot recommend this practice enough. This event is one of the worst possible things for a family to experience. They made it so much more bearable. They care so much. Routine care is excellent. We will continue to utilize them for our remaining pets.”

“Unfortunately I had to say my goodbyes (my see you soon) to my precious boxer yesterday. Everyone there was so nice and patient with my baby and myself. They sure made such a hard decision as easy as possible for her and for me. They made her so happy with treats and talking to her making her comfortable with them touching her. I never left her side for one second, they worked around me. I was never asked to move aside, in fact the one girl said “ you stay with her I can squeeze in small spaces “ after I asked if she needed me to move. I highly recommend them, so sweet and they don’t take you for everything you own. May God bless each and everyone that I came in contact with there yesterday. I thank you all so much from the bottom of my broken heart for all you did for me and my sweet girl. I miss her so much already. ??”

“Just put my dog down a couple hours ago. The doctor and the staff were amazing. I walked in the door with her, got to the desk and started crying, could barely talk. The lady knew what I was there for and got me into a room right away. The doctor was super nice was talking to me the whole time. She went so peacefully. So far, at 53 years old, that was the most difficult thing I ever had to deal with. Not sure when the crying stops, but I knew I had to give a shout out to the folks at this place. Tremendous care and patience. I couldn't have dealt with me, I don't know how they did. Thank you for taking such good care of my Misty over the last ten years.
