Once, I was unable to afford all repairs that were needed, and they worked with me to figure out which repairs could be done separately and which had to be done together, also helping me rank them from most to least important to my safety. Julio lent me a breaker bar so I could get the flat tire off and my spare on so I could drive to the shop and he could patch it. Super nice guy! Glad to have him in our neighborhood.”
