One of their car wash bays was broken. No indication that it was except that it wouldn't cycle me in after I paid. Of course no one was there to give me a refund, so the car wash essentially stole $15 from me.

This is the only place I will go for my self-serve wash. No other car wash in the Pgh area has done the job that Blue Wave did. You can go anytime, it’s economical and it keeps the dirt and grime off your whole car. I went here after the WetGo experience where most of the jets failed to even reach my car.
