My mom is a resident here. She has made a lot of friends and neighbors. Even the staff she adores! She did have a fall which damaged her shoulder, but I'm so happy my mom can count on a clean reliable environment and positive caring staff! Thank you for all you do!

Upon entering shady side skilled nursing and rehab .I greeted warmly and instructed on how to proceed into the area that I needed to go.Thw receptionist was very friendly and informative.shadyside gets high marks from me.Graet Job?
