“My cats have been boarding there 2 days, I’m still 1200 miles away on a trip, and I couldn’t help but go ahead and write this review. They are kind, compassionate, loving, patient, and absolutely obsessed with loving our animals as their own while we’re away. One of my cats has asthma, and it’s really hard for me for me to leave her at all, but I’ve never felt so safe with her being somewhere else. Pet parents - this is the place you want your kids to be when you’re not there. I’m so beyond impressed and so thankful for them! The Nestcam is a GAME CHANGER. Incredible people, and I’ll be switching them over to this clinic for their primary vet needs when I get home.”

My dog had a mass on his ear that was growing quickly and the front desk called several times as soon as they got a schedule change to move his surgery date up. Dr Nikki is the best vet we have ever worked with especially with GSDs. She is easy to talk to and always makes my dogs feel comfortable. I trust her with the care of my dogs and know she has their best interest at heart. We have been to many vets and have had many pets as well as foster animals and I would not take them anywhere else.”

Dr. Cramer and Sydney took the very best care of her, especially in her last weeks of life. “Took my mini poodle here to be spayed. Very easy process from start to finish. Had to leave a voicemail request to schedule her spay, but I was called back within a couple weeks. It does take a bit to hear back, especially for dogs, because they only do a few appointments a week - Please be patient, it's worth it! The staff put me at ease with her spay. They told me weeks in advance what the check in/ pickup process was, and the fees were extremely reasonable compared to the vet. When I picked her up she had a cone on and some medicine to take home. Nurses gave me post-surgery guidelines to follow. Within a week, my little sweetie was back to normal!!”

“I had to bring in my dog last minute because my regular vet was closed. I called around 2pm and they were able to squeeze me in at 4pm. I was a bit nervous because my dog tends to be anxious at our regular vet. The front desk worker/tech was a younger guy and was absolutely AMAZING with my dog. I wish I would’ve caught his name. He played with my dog, gave him a few treats and made my dog feel comfortable. The result was my pup being really comfortable in this new environment! The doctor was very polite and professional and handled our case appropriately. He was very thorough in asking questions about my dog’s current illness. For 2 medications, 3 injections an exam and a pannel, our total was only $255. Thank you so much for your service! My furry feiend and I appreciate you!”

“Every now and then I make a poor decision. I took my two new kittens to a veterinary chain. I thought it would be more “convenient”. One of my kittens is not doing so well and the only real help from the “chain” was to throw antibiotics at the issue, rather than working to understand the underlying issue. Having been a client of Harts Run for years with previous cats, I knew immediately the error of my ways and made an appointment at Harts Run. What a difference. The vet took a lot of time with me to talk through all of my kitten’s symptoms. We discussed what it could be, both the not so bad and the really bad, and produced a plan for treatment. Note: antibiotics were not part of the treatment plan. The entire staff at Harts Run is top notch. I learned my lesson. There is no other vet for me. I wholeheartedly and with fervor recommend Harts Run.”

“Our dog got his ear cut pretty bad and my regular vet couldn't get him in. I called and Dr. Schuerger got us in. He was to the point about everything telling us about what would need to happen. The office staff was wonderful and sweet the entire process. When we picked him up, Dr Schuerger explained in detail what he had to do and explained the aftercare in great detail. He did ask my education level, but ONLY so he could explain things to me the correct way. I'm not in the medical field, so I appreciated he took the time to fully explain things without making the process more confusing. I appreciate how sweetly and quickly they cared for my dog and highly recommend them for care.”

“I'll have to wait for a full review.I had to put my dog of 15+ years down.I had 15 applications in.Adoption was $300-400 with all shots, spay and 40x blood work done.I was really hoping for a pup who was 3 months, started potty training and was foster raised.I decided to stop over and I met 2 pups.The little girl and I seemed to fitDespite being on SSD fixed income ( pretty low), I also purchased the insurance.Her spay was done the day before adoption.Despite the adoption rate being higher than the rest.I didn't fully understand that they didn't have a 2 week checkup or spay issue visit cared for in the package.She did develop a problem with her surgery site.It took 3 days to get an informed call back.Only to say I would be completely responsible for something that occurred from the actual surgery.The insurance I was strongly encouraged to purchase at $56 a month.Has a 2 week wait period on the illness/ injury.This has been worrisome and disheartening.I absolutely hate when someone says, " You could always surrender them."I have adopted from them most of my life.You rescue an animal that has been there 6 days.If she ends up needing radiographs or surgery related to a reaction to the spay, sutures, Seroma, Hematoma, etc.It falls on me ? ?”

“Second visit here. Seen in a timely manner, which is almost unheard of based upon my many other visits with other vets. The techs and vets are very kind, and suggest reasonable tests to investigate issues. I never feel like they’re trying to sell me exorbitantly priced tests etc. when I don’t feel it’s justified and have trust in their recommendations. I will pass up any other non-shelter vet in the area to see them. They give options when possible and break everything down. Thanks for being helpful!”

“I came to the century 3 Petco today after work . I shop between the waterfront and this one . I did some shopping for my Bronny today. I was so pleased with the service that I got from Terry. This was the 1st time from this Petco that I was really pleased. I had to look at my receipt when I got home to see what her name was. She helped me with my Petco app in my phone . She was very helpful, she didn't rush me along. Because they were busy. She had a lot of patients.
