The knowledge, professionalism and down to earth kind of guy Joe showed my daughter and I is beyond what I expected. Joe was not pushy and did not "just " try to sell Ashley a car. He sat down with us and explained everything to her and I, and helped us in every possible way to make sure that Ashley was comfortable with her purchase. When we went to pick up her car, Joe introduced me to Mr. Battaglia, I sat and talked to him for about half an hour, not even about the car we were about to purchase, we talked about people we may have each known, how a Family owned business means more than just any car dealer, I expressed to him how I was so comfortable there, how Joe was a great salesman and really knew his stuff. “This place has been absolutely invaluable to me and my family. Occasionally you blow a tire and don't have the funds to buy a brand new one, and they have some good-quality used tires. I must say that when you do have the funds, the tires they sell that are new are, and they don't charge you an arm and a leg. In addition, they don't nickel and dime you for this fee; or that fee, they just put tires on the car and get you on your way. I love this place.”
