Doesn't return phone calls as he said he would. Appears selective on his clients. It appears perhaps some jobs are "too big" for him to handle.

Dave makes it so easy for me. I drop off my paperwork, he calls to verify info and asks questions, calls back when completed, I stop back to sign and pick up paperwork. All at my convenience!
