“They were helpful from the start. They sent the insurance company an excellent detail of what had to be done and how long it would take. Their main place they worked on it was Quakertown but since the car was dropped off in Allentown they told me I could pick it up in Allentown. I had updates on their progress. Then I got it back earlier than expected. When I went to pick it up everyone was friendly and made sure I was on my way in a short period of time. I cannot say enough about their kindness and communication.”

“I went here for an airbag recall. I was having issues (like not being able to talk to a person or being transfered and put on hold with the Ford dealership in Doylestown). The customer service and the speed in which Ciocca Ford was able to get me in was awesome. It's nice to talk to someone about scheduling an appointment instead of a recording telling you which number to push. Since it was an airbag recall I paid nothing.”
