I was dealing with an older gentleman, and I realized one of the boxes may have been opened (dirty bent edge), I'm a master tech so I deal with vendors and run into issues like this all the time, so I opened everything in front of him and inspected all my parts to make sure they were indeed new and nothing missing. Instead of being annoyed this man was more than understanding and even offered to run some more part numbers for me, thanks bro you don't get service like that anymore”
