“Butch has been in our "family" for 3 generations; when my grandfather passed in 1995, he asked Butch to take care of my grandmother's vehicle. She's now 94 and Butch still provides the same stellar service, with compassion to boot. I inherited my "not a car person" syndrome from my grandmother, and it's a huge relief knowing I have someone who provides the best service and knows me and my whole family by our names. Recently, Butch fixed my catalytic converter and inspected my car. Chain outfits quoted me a price 3 times as much as what Butch charged, and that wasn't a discount. It was his resourcefulness, expertise, ingenuity, and a promise he kept to my grandfather back in 1995. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“Hands down the most Honest, most Professional Auto Service in the area. I come here every so often when one of our family vehicles need some TLC; mostly for my wife's car. Mo is excellent at what he does; very straight forward, and always provides you with a very comprehensive diagnosis. Whether in person or over-the-phone, I'm always well informed about every possible scenario concerning my situation and vehicle.I think this is very important to note; because many "Professional" shops, dealerships, etc., just hand you a paper similar to hospital bill(i.e. you can barely read most of what's on it, let alone understand what's being done, or why; often containing random upcharges for things you don't need). “My family has been using Greg for 20 years. I have always been happy with his service from both sides of the shop. His customer service as well as his mechanic abilities are impeccable. This last service was exemplary... During an inspection he found an exhaust leak in the front pipe. Instead of replacing the pipe and charging me $2,000, he did some research and found the pipe was under warranty. I had not received a letter from Subaru with this information. I then called Subaru to confirm the recall and yes it was valid. Subaru repaired the car for free. Greg is one honest guy and I would refer him to anyone and everyone.”

“Since i’ve been to Marty’s, I will not take my car anywhere else. I’ve always been a bit nervous talking to mechanics because i’ve been taken advantage of before, but everyone at this shop is honest, fair, and I’ve never waited more than a day for my car to get fixed. Plus Marty always has free treats to give out for some reason lol twice in a row I walked out with bags of fresh rolls! Heck he even had one of his mechanics come and pick me up with my car when it was finished because I didn’t have a ride and he didn’t want me and my son to walk the mile to pick it up. “Me and my husband we're getting an oil change today and while we were there we witness them being honest and forthcoming to a client that thought that he needed a certain work done on their car. It turns out they do not need that work and instead they advised him to get new tires prior to getting an alignment. They could have just given them an alignment and not cared about his tires. I think every other car place would do in a second and just take advantage of that guy they did not. These guys are honest and thorough.
