“I’ve been using UCRFCU as my primary financial partner for years — both for my business and personal banking needs. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Galyna Nukhbalaieva, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional while helping me finance my Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe. The level of service I receive at this credit union is truly exceptional. It’s hard to imagine working with any other institution now. From outstanding customer support and low interest rates to a user-friendly mobile app — everything about UCRFCU makes banking not only easy, but genuinely pleasant. I’m writing this review because I sincerely admire the work this organization does — and the dedication of every member of the team. Thank you for everything you do for your members!”

“Absolutely one of the best experiences I've had dealing with a bank. Jeff is my bank representative and I couldn't be happier. This guy has always gone above and beyond for me. He really does go above his obligations and job duties to serve you as a customer. It's also always a pleasure dealing with Jeff. He's one of those types of people that will leave you in a better mood than you came in with. Smiles are contagious and it's always a pleasure interacting with Jeff.Jeff- thanks for everything bud.”
