I can not get hold of a person to talk to! Oi need 2020 reciept of taxes paid because i moved to 100 Smallacomb Drive irs iInternal revenue doesnt undetstand 2 different address its causung a problem wwith tax rebate i only need 2020 reviept with 7615 felloes st scranton pa thank you

How so I get my paid receipt sent back to me. Unbelievable, sent them a self addressed stamped enevelope. No one to talk to.
