Customer service is definitely not in place here. Had to pay for 2 pieces of tape placed on my package, though thebusiness description says shipping and packaging. Then in addition, very confused by firearms in a packaging store?! Won't be back.

Went there to ship a package today. Was very friendly staff. They also took the extra step with my package to put RMA number all over the package, and to put on extra tape. I highly recommend this buisness for your shipping needs!!
