“Broke down on the way to New York to the Harley Rendezvous.Rescued and brought back home.Thought it was repaired correctly, but it was a temporary fix.Broke down again. This time, on the way BACK from the Harley Rendezvous. Rescued again. Had the same dealer pick the bike up again, and was told "this time, we definitely fixed the problem".Fast forward a couple weeks later to the morning we began our 3-day bike and camping trip.Half an hour into the trip and broke down again. Same symptoms.Nursed and babied the bike over to Classic Harley Davidson.After explaining to the service department what had happened, that were up front and said they might not be able to get to it that same morning. I figured I'd have to leave the bike there and cancel the trip. However, after some discussion, they said they could take a look at it and give a prognosis.We walked across the street to get a coffee. 5 minutes later they called and said they found the problem. I was skeptical, given the misdiagnosis and failed repairs from a different dealership.Walked back over, and the Master Technician showed me the problem. A loose connector.A LOOSE CONNECTOR to the rear fuel injector. (which would come loose upon hitting holes or bumps in the road).In less than an hour, my horse was repaired, and we were able to complete our road trip.The entire service staff and frankly everyone at Classic truly understands the lifestyle, and therefore, made the effort to get us back on the road and continue our adventure.Classic Harley Davidson provided us with Excellent Customer Service, Expert Technical Service, and Unbound Professionalism. Going forward, all services and repairs on my bike will be done at Classic Harley Davidson.Thanks to your entire team.Glad you enjoyed the chili!”

“My husband got me a long sleeve 1/4 zip pull over in orange with reflective dog prints on it because he says I dress like a ninja when I walk our dog in the pre dawn hours. I love it. It's comfortable, looks great, has a nice shape and material AND is effectively reflective without having to wear a reflective vest.”

“I had the most amazing experience here. I had foot surgery and afterwards,I bought a pair of Nike Airmax. I never wore them, but several months went by and for some reason my foot is just different and many shoes don’t fit right. Without hesitation, they helped me out and got me into the right pair of shoes for my needs and went above and beyond. “Tonight my daughter and I were at the mall and I was looking for sneakers. Now of course I was in my work clothing so it didn't look like I wore sneakers but still. So we went into foot locker and there were three associates standing in the middle talking. No one said hello or anything. Then as I was looking at shoes not one person came up and said a word to me. I even looked over at them and nothing so I left. Then I came into Villa and as I walked on someone greeted us. Then while at the shoes one lady was super nice and then a guy seen me going shoes and came right over and said can I help. I ended up getting a pair of sneakers and even asked his opinion on some stuff. Then when checking out the lady was super nice.”
