App is terrible, Call them, and they will help you out to create a new account and remove the late fee payment for you, but it takes days to update that on their new database.

No clue how anyone can give these guys more than 1 star. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Literally every rep I've spoken with here is rude and talks over you.
