They quoted a fair price but spent two additional days chasing an issue without a single cent added to the bill. To boot they fixed an unrelated issue with the “snow” button, again, without an additional charge.

“Very humble family that helps us look at the Turbocharger for our VW Tiguan. We called the garage 3 weeks ago and our appointment came as we dropped the car and Denny gave us a call where he updated us that the car part is worn out and it needs to be replaced. My car was diagnosed by previous mechanics, many said we can’t identify the issue, it’s just a small issue. However; Danny did inspect the part very carefully and found out the waste gate flapper went bad unfortunately. Again, the family is phenomenal, they know what they are doing, I am pleased and I thank you a lot.”

We don't have that kind of money since we just moved back into our house from the fire in which we had lost everything, and upon moving back in, the contractors didn't fix it right, so we had to get attorney. “Troy, the garage owner, despite having closed his garage for the day answered our late phone call just about as he was closing his doors. We explained the urgency of our situation and he volunteered to stay open to review the situation on his own. Troy was able to address the problem and fix it although it took almost an hour and a half to repair. The best customer service I have ever experienced in an auto repair facility. He did it all with a smile. This shop looks out for you in the most professional and courtesy manner. Highly recommended.”

“Three weeks ago I was sideswiped on my way to work. When the time came for me to pick a repair shop I went with Tom Shockey Collision because I have heard great things about them and their work.
They made the process extremely easy! They were able to have an estimate prepared for my wife the same day she visited their in-house estimator. The staff were kind and helpful while picking a drop off date, along with giving us some tips about the rental car process! They were swift with the work and we had our car back SOONER than we thought, which is great!

“Heard of speedy through a friend of mine and am I glad I did. Just had my 02 gt serviced there. Had speedy throw a set of 4.10s in the rear replace bearings etc and fix my exhaust (that was a last minute call he managed to find time for) told me to come in the week of the 18th and it would be done. Dropped the car off Monday and picked it up 9:30 Saturday night he stayed open late and open an extra day for me to get it done and worked with my schedule and family plans. And when I tell you great work, probably the best pricing around the area for that job and a genuine honest person. Even had a set of cats on the shelf for me that I need that I’ll be back for next week since I’m going to Maryland. If you need good quality, extremely fair pricing, good turn around time, and someone who knows what they’re doing he’s your guy. I’m a mechanic myself but for the headache time and money he saved me I will be a return customer. Thank you again speedy for your hard work taking care of your customers and the quality of your work. She runs like a champ can’t wait to get to cruising! Best it’s driven since I’ve owned it.”

“It's very rare that I give anybody a fob store rating even if the service is excellent But the people at Buchanan Trail auto and tire are spectacular They're friendly they're nice and Their prices are very fair I first went to them when I received a Puncture in my tire Walmart quoted me $20 I called them they told me $10 and Then today I went in to get my vehicle Inspected And while I don't need brakes now I will soon in the future She quoted me an incredible Price to have the brakes purchased and installed on my car Don't go anywhere else check these people out first.”
