My father and mother have lived here for 2 years and I see a slow but steady improvement communication throughout the facility..laundry area in housekeeping has a slight flaw --- thanks for the effort and keep up the good work

Amazing place to work! Brought my aunt from another LTC care facility to West Chester to be with me and she loves it! She is very much happier here and loves her nursing staff ?

My aunt is here for rehab and physical therapy pretty alarming when no one answers the phone or the nurses station phone let it ring 20 times. This is very scary especially when your far away. The hospital referred us not feeling the quality will be talking to social worker. Also needs some upgrading..
