“I had to come to this store to take the suspension off of my found lost phone. I was greeted at the door by Jayda. She was very helpful. She told me about promotions that T-Mobile was having and I decided to purchase trackers. She was very patient and explained them so this non tech person could understand. They had to be shipped so I'm not sure how the trackers work but I was surely satisfied with the level of customer service that I received from Jayda.”
