“I needed some work done on my Nissan Titan before our trip up North for the Holiday's. I had no heat in the cab and one shop told me I needed a heating core but advised that it wouldn't be worth it given the year and miles of my truck. I called on A and J and they found a much minor issue saving me HUNDRED'S of dollars AFTER I told them to order the heating core. They didn't charge me for the heating core and saved me a lot more money on labor fees. They could have just did what I had asked them to do and reaped the benefit from another shop's poor diagnosis, BUT instead they called me with better news and was honest and informative. I confidently made it all the way to Massachusetts and back peacefully with two younger kids all warm and toasty! If you're looking for an honest shop who will take care of you and TRULY looks out for YOUR best interest, then A and J is your shop. Their integrity is bar none. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner!”

I called and left a detailed message on the answering machine, Jim called me back and let me know he could check it out for me. We set an afternoon appointment for 3:30Pm. Jim had it in and me back on the road to enjoy my vacation in an hour. Very reasonable priced and didn't over charge for the work. Being out of town I was not sure how the pricing would be. “We were traveling through Lewisburg last month and started having front end vibration in the car. We searched for a repair shop online and found Bastian. They were able to get us in immediately. Bastian found loose lug nuts on both front wheels (that had not been properly tightened during previous repairs). Bastian tightened the lug nuts, inspected the previous front end repairs and checked all tire pressures. We were in and out in about 1.5 hours and completed our trip home to NC with no further issues. These folks cared and took the time to make sure we were safe for the remainder of our trip. Lewisburg is lucky to have this shop in their town. Thank you Bastian for taking care of us.”
