“Great experience purchasing my 19 Kia Sorento. I made sure it was available before driving down as it was over 2hrs each way to look at the vehicle. Ryan White was very responsive in letting me know it was available. He reserved the vehicle for me to be sure I wouldn’t waste the drive. He came outside as soon as we arrived and went over the details over the vehicle. Went on a test drive on back roads as I hate Pittsburgh traffic! Went over all my preapproval payments and made sure I was comfortable where we would be with payments. He was very thorough with everything! Once he got us to financing he got my new car cleaned up and got us on the road! I would absolutely but from Jim Shorkey Kia again and ask for Ryan!!”
“Edited after 7 years. These guys used to be reliable and honest shop but I think the age is getting to them. Now they're Dishonest and extremely Rude. No waiters for drop off service because you don't like to feel rushed? The only thing they're good at is alignments. Everything else go literally anywhere you'll have a better experience. I've had better experiences and prices at pep boys.”

“The service was great! I came in for a front bumper issue with fog light missing on my Subaru Outback. They only had my vehicle for 11 days and did great work on replacing lights, the front bumper, and matching paint to my car specifications. Any additional service was also completed. They also pointed out the other services that may need addressed in the future. I would definitely recommend them for any car collision needs.”

“Got my Ram towed in on Friday morning. Friday afternoon, I contacted the service department and ordered my parts. Found a different problem on Saturday morning and we had a time crunch due to the holiday and I live almost 2 hrs away and was pulling my camper back home on Monday which was the holiday and the service department was closed. I arrived an hour before closing time and they had it fixed! I really appreciate the service that I had!”

They restored my vehicle to perfection after a collision with a deer that caused significant damage to the front passenger side and bent the passenger door. “My car broke down and this was the closest shop to get it to. I was scared to take it there with no prior experience or info. on the shop but had no choice. Well he fixed my truck in one day and charged me a fraction of what I thought it would be. I believe its a one man mechanic show but him and the wife are honest, easy to talk to people, who aren't trying to beat people over the head in labor costs. I am so glad to have found them and I am taking my truck there again for more needed repairs. I highly recommend them.”

“Marty has been taking care of me since I got my first car about 18 years ago. He’s been taking care of my father longer. My dad bought his first car off of Marty 45 years ago and has been dealing with him since. Recently my truck got rear ended and I had to deal with insurance. Marty got my work done in less than a week and went above and beyond to get me the correct bumper with the sensors and parts that were needed. The repair shop that State Farm wanted me to use was trying to quote aftermarket parts and other things. I gave Marty the claim paperwork. He sifted through it.. got the change order supplemented and got the work done right away. If it wasn’t for him, I would be waiting until March to get an incorrect bumper.”
