“I wish that no one has to use their services in similar circumstances as me “ car accident “ but fortunately and luckily all parties involved didn’t suffer any injuries. But as long as we going to have automobiles something will happen sooner or later be that a dead battery or locked door or whatnot anyway: With that aside unfortunately I forgot the gentleman’s name that helped to tow my car after the accident because I wanted to extend my thanks and gratitude for his assistance and respectful manner during the ordeal. With all due respect he was about 5.7”-5.8” very well spoken, calm/polite/patient/friendly, detail oriented… and so on. Whoever might think they know who he is post his name up there because he deserves the credit. Whoever his employer is, I’m just humbly saying that a raise is well deserved because such employees do not come along very often, unless he is the owner well keep up the good work. To top this off I had approximately $600+ of gold scrap in the glove compartment in clear view and few bills $123.00 to be exact.nothing was missing . That level of honesty I thought was long gone with the 60s&70s. Anyway very satisfied with their service and very grateful for their honesty. My. Only regret is that we met under not so pleasant circumstances.”

“Over 6 months ago my 2013 6 speed manual BMW328i had 'misfiring cylinders?' ,often barely running .Had taken car to my regular mechanic 5 times ! Engine lite kept coming back and running poorly again after a week. One visit to Waynes, they found and repaired misfiring coil and cleaned all other plugs,wires,contacts, etc. Cars been running well since! Reasonable fee. What a relief! Thx Tom! My new shop now.
