I was so worried that it was going to cost a fortune to replace everything but they were very honest and said it was a simple problem and charged to fix only that simple thing. This is my new mechanic shop!”
“My battery warning light came on and was told at Autozone that my battery was good but most likely needed a new alternator. I called Jim’s and were able fit me in right away. I came first thing just before our winter vacation for them to look at it. Jim’s figured out that the connectors were loose. It was a Christmas miracle! To my surprise, within under an hour of THEIR time, they fastened it and told me that I did not even have to pay. Jim’s service and kindness, especially around this holiday season made my day. “I can’t recommend this auto body shop enough. The team is not only incredibly kind and honest, but they also go above and beyond to minimize any inconvenience, especially during what often can be a stressful experience.
The repair was completed promptly, my car looks brand new, and they even realigned and reattached my bumper (which had been repeatedly falling off due to a separate incident where someone had hit it and left) at no extra charge, in addition to running my car through the wash, cleaning the inside, and shining it. They took so much care with it and my car’s never looked better.
While I hope I won’t need their services again anytime soon, this will absolutely be my go-to shop if I do. I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know dealing with car repairs, they made the whole process so seamless. I’m truly appreciative of their professionalism and integrity. Thank you guys so much!”
