They never open up on time and the employees just always have the gate half open but yet walk around the mall like they don't have a job. Terrible customer service.

The customer service is excellent and I believe it is because they have a strong knowledgeable leader. The manager works hard and does exactly as he says he is going to do. They have all been very helpful.
