“I did some research for a used car place and came up with a list of three. This was the first place on the list in no particular order, but it was the last place ! I must say from the moment I stepped on the lot until the moment we left with our car (subsequently three days later) this visit was nothing short of perfection … Our salesman was knowledgeable. He was also personable. He was just a good person. The cars are easily visible and right away you get the feeling that this dealership and these people are not the kind of folks you need to worry about ! This award winning dealership is where you want to get your next used car from ! The cars are in my opinion priced perfectly .. especially because with these folks .. quite literallythere is/was no hidden anything ! Shout out to my salesman, Almir he was always professional and at the same time he’s cool .. he’s very good at his job but after chatting with him you instantly feel that you can trust you and he sees and hears you and wants to help you and that’s not my normal relationship with salesman … unlike past salesman I’ve felt with he was upfront with us about everything. He was not pushy, but he was a great salesman. The car we got we love it !! Love it love it !!! And to think it wasn’t even on our radar until he mentioned it ! … it suprised me because it was cheaper than the one that caught our attention … And my wife loved it ! Sometimes in life, you just come across good people and those folks over here at 83 … They are good people. If you are looking for a car and your not an expert like me and my wife .. go here you won’t regret it ! I’ll tell you that the lot is organized and their cars are I would say the top of the line of affordable used cars. Their office is simple. Also organize this establishment gives like BIG car dealership vibes and at the very same time it gives small neighborly, friendly personable car dealership vibes.!! I love reviews ! “Drove an hour and 1.25 hours away to see the vehicle. It was an ok vehicle. The gentleman tried to help out and allowed us to sit in and look at few vehicles. However the vehicle we had looked at had a some kind of weird sound from the front end. So we spoke to the salesman about it. Said he would have someone look at and get it fixed. He thought it was a tie-rod end. The idea was we would come by after it was fixed and pick it up.
HERE is my issue, I was told that I would be the first person called when it was fixed. It would be ok and ready to go for us on Monday after our trip that we were going on.
NEVER Heard a word on the Monday we were supposed to come by and see the guy and pick it up. No message or call. Tuesday i get the Facebook notification the car had sold. I text the Guy and he said yeah we figured it out the next day (Friday) and sold it ...
ITS REALLY HARD TO FIND INTEGRITY THESE DAYS...
Many things are out of your hands... BUT INTERGRITY AND RESPECT YOU CHOOSE!
I have to remember Our trust is not in men... We all fail... But we have to get better. THE LORD IS MY SHEPHARD....
